Mildmay is proud to be an inclusive workplace that celebrates diversity, authenticity and freedom of expression for our LGBTQ+ employees and communities.
This year, Pride is having a special celebration as it is 50 years old, but to quote the National AIDS Trust, "Pride is a time to celebrate but also to call for HIV & LGBT+ rights. The #LGBT+ community still faces discrimination and inequality, and a key step is banning #ConversionTherapy for everyone.
There's still work to be done!"
